– Lessons can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
– If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your lesson to another person.
– Lesson packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.

Terms & Conditions

General

– All lessons are to be paid for in advance.
– Customers are recommended to arrive at the coaching venue 10 minutes prior to your appointed lesson time.

Lesson Packages

– All lesson packages are valid for 12 months (1 Year) from the date of the purchase.
– All lesson packages are non-refundable.

Cancellation / No Show

– A 24 hour period is required for cancellation of lessons. If you cancel within the 24 hour period your lesson credit will be forfeited.
– Late arrivals will shorten the lessons time
– Once a booking has been made there will be no refund of booking fees.
– If you contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time, your lesson can be re-scheduled.
– Alternatively, if you cannot attend the lesson at the scheduled time personally
– You can nominate another person to attend that lesson in your place

Group Classes

– Once payment has been made for group classes, customers are registered to a specific date and time. If a customer is unable to attend any of the dates, the customer will forfeit the class.
– There are no make-up classes or rescheduling of the unattended class.  

Wet Weather

– If it is raining on the day of your lesson, please contact your coach for advice on whether it is suitable for your lesson to proceed.
– Studio lessons can be conducted, however, on-course and outdoor lessons can be rescheduled to later dates.
